💃 John Godber’s Northern Soul Play Comes to Beverley

John Godber’s high-energy play Do I Love You? is heading to East Riding Theatre from 29 May - 7 June. Following three young Northern Soul fans on their journey from Hull to Blackpool, the production captures the enduring spirit of the Northern Soul movement. 📚 Free SEND Family Sessions Launching in East Riding Libraries

East Riding Council is rolling out free Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) family sessions in libraries, starting in April 2025. Beverley Library will host an open day on 3 April to introduce these sessions, which will focus on Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STREAM) activities for children.

🎉 Beverley to Mark VE Day 80 with Community Celebrations

The UK will commemorate the 80th anniversaries of VE Day and VJ Day in 2025 with national events, including a flypast, Westminster Abbey service, and a poppy installation.
