🎻 Beverley Folk Festival returns with a packed weekend of music, dance and community spirit.
The Beverley Folk Festival has become a popular local event since its return in 2022. After the original festival was cancelled in 2018, a passionate team kept the spirit alive by running Beverley Fringe, even winning a Yorkshire Gig Guide award for Outstanding Small Festival. Today, the rebranded Beverley Folk Festival offers a whole weekend of music, dance, and celebration from June 20 to 22.

This year's ticketed programme includes standout performances such as Ranagri with Ellie Gowers at St Mary's Church on Friday and Cara Dillon at East Riding Theatre on Sunday. Saturday promises a full day of entertainment with Edwina Hayes (already sold out), Jamie Lawson and Toria Wooff, Ruth Notman and Iona Wild, plus the high-energy Ceilidh Night dance party at The Armstrong Centre.

Alongside these events, the not-for-profit festival also supports free performances, open jam sessions, workshops, and a town parade featuring diverse folk dance teams. Proceeds from its annual Buskathon go to local charities, reinforcing the festival's commitment to community and culture.
